Why This Role Matters:
As our Shipping Guru, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring daily operations and communication run smoothly and efficiently. As a Shipping Guru, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with the same care as if you were sending a gift to a close friend. You’ll need to bee organized and efficient to handle up to 100 orders per day, manage inventory, maintain our organic traceback system, and provide exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately ship up to 100 orders per day, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness—because we strive to bee the best!
- Organic Traceback System Maintain accurate outgoing and receiving logs as part of our commitment to organic certification.
- Inventory Management: Track incoming shipments, manage stock levels, and keep inventory organized and updated.
- Customer Service: Communicate directly with customers to ensure they receive exactly what they need. Resolve order-related inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Labeling & Packaging: Label products with attention to detail and package them with love.
- Support the Team: Assist coworkers when needed and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For:

The Special Event Representative is the most fun position within the company with a lot of self-motivated, hard work behind it. The SER will set up our vendor display at indoor and outdoor events all around the state of Colorado and represent our brand with high energy, enthusiasm, and clear communication. The position requires a reliable vehicle and lots of travel, heavy lifting, and long hours on your feet. Travel time will be compensated and starts out $15 hourly plus 5% commission with opportunities for bonuses with high performance. Must have a passion for organics and be willing to become an educator on our brand.
