As our Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring operations and communication run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll engage with our customers, create captivating content, manage data with precision, have creative freedom to make promotions and bring new visions to life, collaborate on projects, and support our team to reach new heights. What You’ll Do:

• Engage with Customers: Buzz with excitement while interacting with customers on social media and in-store, building strong relationships and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Create Compelling Content: Produce and edit high-quality videos and photos that align with our brand’s vision.
• Creative Collaboration: Freedom to use creative thinking to bring and implement fresh ideas into promotions, projects, and products.
• Manage Data: Accurately handle customer data and Pollen Points to support our marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Support Shipping & Receiving: Ensure orders are processed and shipped with zero errors and manage our receiving log with integrity.
• Support the Team: Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and assist coworkers as needed.
• Train New Employees: Onboard new team members, ensuring they understand our core values and processes.
• Continuously Learn: Take initiative to learn new skills and develop professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bubbly and upbeat personality with a genuine passion for organic skincare and wellness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in social media engagement and content creation.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, self-motivated to run with new ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $20/hour + tips with potential for additional commissions.
• Flexible Schedule: 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, with two days per month to work from home.
