How do I choose which strength to get? We recommend starting low and working your way up, but PRO-TIP! When you go up in strength, you can typically apply less and less often. The lower strength 200mg lasts about 2-3 hours on average, whereas the 1000mg can last up to the majority of the day. We recommend the lower strengths when applying after workouts or sleeping wrong, for example, and the higher strengths when dealing with more long-term, chronic issues.
How much should I apply at a time? Using the twist up tube eliminates the guesswork, allowing you to apply only as much as you need. A lot like a giant lip balm tube, a couple quick swipes is really all you need.
How long does a tube last? This answer varies from person to person depending on how much you use. For example, someone applying only to small areas such as the wrists or knees the tube can last for quite some time, whereas larger applications such as the back can make the tubes go more quickly.

I Really Love this Organic Menthol CBD Rub! I tried a friend’s Bee-Och Menthol Rub a few weeks ago – wow! It worked fast, and provided lasting relief. He had the 200mg, but I ordered the 600mg and it lasts even longer! (I have a super-sensitive body and skin, so I’m a hesitant to try the 1000mg)
I do wish there was a smaller travel-size, because I travel a lot + the stick is large and I’m concerned I won’t use up the product before it loses effectiveness.
Recommend trying this if you have joint pain – it worked well for me after much trial-and-error.
