We strive to ship all orders the same or next business day, with a 1:00 pm MDT cutoff time! Transit times can vary depending on shipping options chosen, but typically arrive within 1-4 business days after you receive your tracking number depending on your location. Colorado metro orders tend to arrive overnight because we are so close!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your organic goodness within 14 days of receiving your order, return it for store credit to use towards your next order! Every once in a while, the tracking information doesn’t update as it’s moving through the USPS system. Often times this is due to a missed scan at one of it’s stops. Rest assured that if you received a shipping notification from us, your package is on its way! If your package doesn’t arrive or you don’t see a tracking update in the next few days, please reach back out and we will get a replacement out ASAP for you.
Thank you so much for your order and I am sorry to hear about your missing package! Missing packages are typically due to a delivery error and usually show up within the next day or two; it either turns up with a neighbor or was marked as delivered by accident and comes the next day or so. We recommend taking your tracking number to the post office as they are often able to use GPS to find out where it was delivered.

You can make changes to your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. To find the options to pause, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription: Login to your account and click on “Orders”. Click on the original order that the subscription was made. When making changes to subscriptions, it takes you through the checkout process, which then overwrites the original subscription. If you simple want to “add to an exisiting subscription” you can checkout like normal and select “Add to Exisiting Subscription” next to the “Submit Order” button. You will also receive an email each time before your subscription renews with direct links to make any changes or additions.
