You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Don't worry - this happens occasionally due to missed scans in the USPS system. If you received a shipping notification from us, your package is on its way.

What to do:
• Wait 2-3 more days for tracking to update and be scanned in at its next stop
• Contact us if it doesn't arrive within a few days

We'll send a replacement immediately if your package doesn't show up.
This usually resolves within 1-2 days. Here's what to do:

Visit your local post office with your tracking number - they can use GPS to see exactly where it was delivered.

Yes! We are USDA Organic Certified since 2015, which means annual inspections and strict ingredient standards. This certification ensures our products meet the highest organic standards possible.
Never! We are cruelty-free and always will be. We believe in creating beautiful products without harming any animals in the process.
Most of our products are vegan! Look for the "Vegan" logo on product pages to easily identify which products are 100% plant-based. Some products contain organic beeswax, which is why not all products are vegan-certified.
All products are third-party shelf life tested for at least 12 months. Store in a cool, dark place and use provided spatulas for jarred products to maximize their lifespan.

To make it solid again:
• Pop it in the fridge for a couple hours
• Store in a cool place away from heat vents or sunny windows

Important note: You don't need to refrigerate it permanently - just when you want to change the consistency. The product is perfectly safe and effective whether liquid or solid.

We are a small business and team of 5 who handmake, hand pour, hand label, and put together every package like a gift to a friend. Tips are used as a quarterly bonus for our hardworking team who does everything they can to make sure that our customers get the cleanest organic skincare you can possibly find.

It's completely up to you! Some customers love to show extra appreciation to our team, but it's never expected or required. 🌸🐝

Why this happens: PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and similar services have policies that restrict CBD transactions, even for legal products like ours.

 Every once in a while, the tracking information doesn’t update as it’s moving through the USPS system. Often times this is due to a missed scan at one of it’s stops. Rest assured that if you received a shipping notification from us, your package is on its way! If your package doesn’t arrive or you don’t see a tracking update in the next few days, please reach back out and we will get a replacement out ASAP for you.

Thank you so much for your order and I am sorry to hear about your missing package! Missing packages are typically due to a delivery error and usually show up within the next day or two; it either turns up with a neighbor or was marked as delivered by accident and comes the next day or so. We recommend taking your tracking number to the post office as they are often able to use GPS to find out where it was delivered.

Yes, all BEE-OCH products ship perfectly in the extreme weather months. And we have 9 years of shipping experience to prove it!

You can make changes to your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. To find the options to make additions or changes to your products, skip your next renewal, or cancel your subscription: Login to your account dashboard and click on the “Subscriptions” tab to see all active subscriptions. When making changes to subscriptions, it takes you through the checkout process, which then overwrites the original subscription. If you simply want to “add to an existing subscription” you can checkout like normal and select “Add to Existing Subscription” next to the “Submit Order” button. You will also receive an email each time before your subscription renews with direct links to make any changes or additions. 

Platforms such as PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay etc do not allow the sale of CBD products through their gateways so, unfortunately, we cannot use their services directly on our website. However, Venmo, ApplePay, and most credit card companies do have the feature of issuing temporary credit card numbers for making online purchases. If you are receiving an error or the site is timing out after applying your Pollen Points, it is likely because there is another discount being applied to the cart as only one discount can be used per order. To apply your Pollen Points, remove the discount and apply again. 

Our product line is USDA Organic Certified, which means there is a full 5-step traceback system all the way to the farmers who grew our ingredients. We get mass balance and traceback audits every year at our annual organic inspection as part of the National Organic Program’s quality and integrity standards. We use only trusted organic suppliers who provide 3rd party COAs with every lot of ingredient we receive (complete with extraction flow charts) and we do our own 3rd party testing on finished products with a lab based in Colorado for potency, purity, heavy metals, full-spectrum microbial, and shelf life.
