Here at BEE-OCH, we buzz tirelessly to formulate our products the absolute cleanest you can possibly find. But not all “natural” ingredients are up to the queen BEE-OCHes standards. Ingredient for ingredient, find out why our ingredients are superior and essential to skin health:

• Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil (Cucurbita pepo L): This miracle oil absorbs so quickly into the skin that it takes merely seconds to hydrate. It can penetrate all 5 layers of the epidermis, delivering essential fatty acids and vitamins A & E fast and deep within the skin to truly hydrate and rejuvenate dry, malnourished skin for all the glow without the oily feel. Used in a great majority of our leave-on moisturizer products, and a fabulous base for our facial oils and serums because of it’s non-comedogenic properties.
• Organic Safflower Oil (Carthamus tinctorius): One of our favorites for making fast-absorbing formulations. It is high in linoleic acid (omega-6 fatty acid) meaning it can penetrate deep into the skin and also works to inhibit tyrosinase; the enzyme responsible for forming melanin in sun spots. See Ingredient Safety Data Here.
• Organic Beeswax (Cera alba): Used in many of our solid or cream formulations to hold its consistency, beeswax also provides fabulous anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and protective properties for the skin while acting as a antioxidant to fight free radicals from environmental stressors.
• Organic Sunflower Oil (Helianthus annuus): High in oleic acid (omega-9 fatty acid) meaning it mainly protects skin at the surface and works as a bee-autiful skin softener that is non-comedogenic and perfect for sensitive skin.
• Organic Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis): Said to be one of the closest plant extracts to our skin’s own sebum, this carrier oil is used to hydrate and soften the skin while preventing trans-epidermal water loss.
• Organic Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus dulcis): One of the heroes in our organic lip balm formulations providing a fabulous lip-softening finish and the luxurious hydration you feel after applying only once!
